Your workspace, your calendar
Your workspace now has a page of its own — Settings → Workspace → General — where you name it and set how it counts time and money: when its fiscal year starts, the day its weeks start, its time zone and its currency. Every chart, filter, KPI, alert and Axi follow them. And each member can pick their own time zone and the connection Axi starts on.
The workspace, written down
General reads like the rest of Settings, one sentence per setting with the value inside it: The fiscal year starts in April, Weeks start on Monday, Lumen runs on Europe/Paris, Money is shown in € Euro. Rename the workspace in place, choose the connection Axi starts on, see who its admins are and what your plan grants.
A calendar everything follows
- Fiscal year. Grouping by year or quarter, This year, Last year, year-to-date and a KPI's same period last year follow your fiscal year. When it doesn't start in January, periods are named after it — April 2026 to March 2027 reads FY2027, its first three months Q1 FY2027.
- Week start. Monday or Sunday: weeks in charts and tables, This week and Last week, weekly alerts and the date pickers line up on it.
- Time zone. What "today" is on dashboards and for Axi, the days of the usage charts, and the zone new alerts are scheduled in. Until an admin picks one, each member's browser decides, as before.
- Currency. A currency format that doesn't name one now shows your workspace's currency instead of dollars — in cards, charts, tables and alerts. Formats that name a currency keep theirs.
Yours, in your account
Settings → Account → Preferences gains two rows: your time zone — the workspace's by default, or Follow my browser when you travel — and, when your workspace has several connections, the connection your new conversations with Axi start on.
