Give a chart's values the names you want

A chart can now show its values under names of your choosing. Country codes, team slugs, raw statuses: the values a chart reads straight from the data rarely read well on a dashboard. Value names, at the end of a chart's Appearance, renames them on the chart without touching the data.

A figure in Axi's answer now explains itself

Click a figure in one of Axi's answers and read what it is, how it was counted, the rows behind it and what makes it up — worked out from your metric's own definition and read live from your data, never written by Axi, so the explanation can't disagree with the figure. And when you want more, ask Axi about that figure in one click.

Click a figure to see where Axi read it

Every figure Axi read from your data is now marked in its answer. Click one to see the line it came from — your governed metric, or a query Axi wrote itself — and how it was read.

Axi models warehouses of any size

In Settings → Workspace → Data, Axi now works across a connection of any size: it knows every table, finds the one you mean, and its sweeps move past the tables they can't finish — while every check it runs on your data stays within a set cost.

Axi finds the value you name

Ask about Lyon, Acme or premium without saying where they live: Axi now finds the column that holds the value you name, checks how two tables join before combining them, and reads since when a column has data — while every look at your data stays within a set cost.

Axi works across warehouses of any size

Axi no longer loses sight of your warehouse as it grows: it sees every table and every metric, reads the ones your question needs in full, and searches the rest — whether you have ten tables or several hundred.

See what's behind Axi's answers

The line under an answer now names the metrics it used and the tables Axi read, and opens onto what each step ran — the SQL of a query Axi wrote, or what a read through your metrics computed.
