Members, model and integrations
Settings → Workspace → Members is now a directory everyone can open — who is in the workspace, their role, since when — and the roster administrators run it from: when each person was last active, their AI credits this month, a role changed in one click. Axi's model page says who pays for every run, and Integrations shows GitHub next to Slack, with its latest deliveries.
A directory for everyone, a roster for admins
Every member can open Members to see who is in the workspace, their email and role, and the day they joined — the quickest way to find the admins to ask. Administrators see more:
- Last active — the last time each person did something themselves: signed in, talked to Axi, opened or built a dashboard. Alerts running on schedule don't count, so nobody looks busy while on holiday.
- AI credits this month — each member's meter, in amber once their allowance is used up.
- Roles in place — pick Admin or Member on the row. It applies within a minute, without anyone signing out.
- Add, rename, reset, remove — on hover. Removing someone signs them out within a minute and pauses the alerts they own, and says so first — including when they're the one GitHub delivers as.
Sharing a dashboard follows: any owner can now find colleagues by name or email, admin or not.
Who pays for Axi
Settings → Axi → Model lists every provider's models side by side. Under them, one sentence per provider says whose account a run is billed to, and whether it spends members' credits. Then the credits: each member's monthly allowance, this month so far — who used theirs up — and your own meter.
Slack and GitHub, side by side
Integrations draws each Slack workspace as a card: who installed it and when, how many alerts and reports deliver to it, and where — the channels by name, the direct messages by count. GitHub gets its own card: the organization, the repositories tracked and the connection each feeds, and the latest deliveries with their commit's title, their result and what they imported. A push held for review shows whether it's since been approved.
Usage, on the dashboard's scale
Usage takes the dashboard's KPI tiles, with this period's credits compared to the one before, chart legends that name the models, aborted runs in gray and errors in red, and tables drawn like the table widget. Active members now counts people who did something themselves.
