Find public dashboards in your workspace

A dashboard made Public is now open to everyone in your workspace — and easy to find. The Dashboards page gains a Workspace view listing what your colleagues made public and you haven't added yet, the most opened this week first. And the page now does several things at once: select dashboards to move, star or remove them together, and delete one you own for everyone.

Public means public

In a dashboard's Share panel, Public now does what it says: everyone in your workspace can open the dashboard, in View — editing it still takes an invitation. Only its owner chooses, and making it private again takes it back.

A view of what the company shares

The new Workspace view lists the public dashboards that aren't on your list yet, each with its owner, its tags, its last edit and how many people opened it this week. Add to my list puts one with your own dashboards, where you can star it and file it like any dashboard shared with you. The inspector says how many people opened a dashboard this week too.

Several at once

Tick a dashboard's box — or press X on its line — and Shift-click to take a whole range. A bar comes up at the bottom of the list: Move to folder, Add to favorites or Remove from my list, for all of them at once.

Delete for everyone

Remove from my list only ever took a dashboard off your own list. Now its owner can retire it: Delete for everyone… in its ⋯ menu names who loses access, then deletes it everywhere and stops its alerts.
