Connections and semantic models now live together
The Connections and Semantic models pages have merged into one Data section under Settings → Admin. A connection and the semantic layer built on it are now one thing to open.
One place for a connection
The Data section opens on a rail listing your connections. Select one and the rail becomes that connection's menu:
- Tables — the semantic models, exactly as the Semantic models page showed them.
- dbt sync — everything dbt on one page: import a manifest, CI ingest tokens, GitHub sync, import history, and removing an import. These used to hide behind a ⋯ menu.
- Settings — the connection's name, description and credentials, testing, setting it as the default, and deleting it.
Adding a connection
With nothing selected, the section shows the catalog of supported sources — PostgreSQL, BigQuery, MySQL. Pick one and the connection form opens on that type.
Old links keep working: the former Connections and Semantic models addresses redirect into the Data section.
