Axi models warehouses of any size
In Settings → Workspace → Data, Axi now works across a connection of any size: it knows every table, finds the one you mean, and its sweeps move past the tables they can't finish — while every check it runs on your data stays within a set cost.
What changed
- Every table within reach. Axi sees the table you have open in full and every other table in one line — on a very large connection, the less relevant ones only by what they are missing, or counted per dataset. Ask about the table of customer reviews and it searches the names, display names and descriptions of your tables and columns to find it.
- A wide table, never cut short. A table with hundreds of columns is shown with its most useful ones first — the column you selected, the dates, the places, the keys and the ones your team described — and Axi reads the others by name when it needs them.
- Values and joins, as on your dashboards. Axi finds which column holds a value you name, and checks how two tables join — or why they don't — the way every chart will join them.
- Sweeps that keep moving. Continue picks up after the last table of the batch. A table a batch couldn't finish — no column your data shows to be unique, a key its values don't support — no longer comes back at the head of every batch: Axi names what is still missing once the sweep is done.
- Key checks with a ceiling. On BigQuery, each check of a key on your data now bills at most 10 GB, and a large table — or one that only answers date-filtered queries — is sampled over its latest 30 days of data. A check that would cost more is refused before it runs, and Axi tells you why.
