What Axi changed, as one card you can undo line by line

A reply that built four widgets used to leave four bordered boxes behind, each labelled with a widget name and nothing else — not whether it had been created or edited, and not what it was built from. Those boxes are now one card.

One card, one line per change

Everything Axi does to a dashboard in a single reply is gathered under one heading, and each change is a sentence rather than a label:

  • Added the chart Revenue by month — and underneath it, orders · sum of amount by month
  • Edited the table Orders — and which parts of it changed
  • Renamed the dashboard to Sales 2024

The line says what happened; the line under it says what the widget rests on, with table and column names set in the same monospace they have everywhere else in Axiome. A change still running shows a spinner and says Adding; one that failed says so plainly instead of wearing a check mark.

A widget Axi names is the widget

The name in each line is the thing itself. Point at it and the matching card lights up on the board. Click it and the dashboard scrolls there. Checking that Axi edited the widget you meant no longer involves reading titles twice.

This now holds in the reply itself, not only in the card. When Axi writes "I put revenue by month at the top and left the orders table alone", each of those names is the widget — same highlight, same scroll. A widget on another tab brings its tab forward on the way.

Undo one change without undoing the reply

Hover a line and an undo arrow appears at its end. It reverses that one change — the widget it added disappears, or the widget it edited returns to its previous state — and leaves the rest of the reply standing.

The line does not vanish when you use it. It stays where it was, greyed and marked Reverted, and it is still there when you reopen the conversation next week. What Axi did and what you undid are both part of the record.
