Axi's written answers use your metrics
When Axi answers a question in words, its numbers now come from your company's metrics, computed by the same engine as your dashboards — so a figure in a sentence matches the one on a card.
What changed
- Governed numbers in written answers. Ask "what was revenue last month?" and Axi reads your revenue metric — the same definition, the same rules, like paid orders only — on a dashboard, in View mode and on Home. For a count, a total or an average no metric covers, it uses the same engine on your fields.
- Its own query only when needed. To list individual records, or for a calculation no metric defines, Axi still writes a query of its own — and tells you when a figure it computed that way is defined differently from one of your metrics.
- It says when the data can't answer. When no table holds what you ask, or the period has no data, Axi tells you what's missing instead of answering a nearby question.
- Every read in the line under the answer. The line under an answer counts these reads alongside Axi's own queries, with the tables they read.
