Ask Axi where a number is heading
Ask Axi "will we make the month?" and get a forecast, not a guess. Axi answers questions about what comes next with the same forecasts as your charts and KPIs — a likely figure inside the range it lands in 8 times in 10 — and its figures say they are forecasts.
What changed
- The month at its pace. A week, a month or a quarter still running is projected from what it holds through yesterday, plus a forecast of every day left: on track for €1.26M, likely between €1.25M and €1.27M.
- The periods after it. What will next quarter look like? continues the trend of the quarters before, as a chart's forecast does.
- Figures that say what they are. A forecast's figures carry a dashed underline, never the dotted one of a figure read from your data. Click one: what it is, how it was made, from how much history, by which model — and what a forecast can't know.
- Honest refusals. Two days of data, data that stopped, dates that run ahead of today: Axi says why there is no forecast and what it can give instead. It never works one out by itself.
- Counted in the sources. The line under the answer says 1 forecast, and opens onto what it read.
