Alerts you read at a glance, and write beside the board

The Alerts panel is now the whole feature. Every alert reads as a sentence, a new one is written in the panel beside the dashboard rather than in a dialog over it, and the bell on a KPI or a chart tells you when one of its alerts needs you.

Every alert, as a sentence

Each alert shows its name, then what it does — below €3.5M · daily 09:00 · #finance. A report says report, a chart alert starts with its measure and the period it reads, an AI summary with the sections it covers. In the corner sits the next check — tomorrow 09:00 — on the alert's own clock.

An alert that's fine stays quiet. Only two things earn it a third line: triggered, in amber, with when it fired and what the last check read; and failing, in red, with the error. A line under the header counts them — 1 failing · 1 triggered now — and takes you to each. Alerts are grouped by what they watch, in the order the dashboard shows them; hover a component's name to light it up on the board. The switch pauses an alert, and hovering one brings Edit and a ⋯ with Send a test, Pause and Delete, along with when it runs next and when it was last sent.

Written beside the board

New alert turns the panel into the editor, next to the dashboard instead of over it, so the number you're watching stays in view. The editor reads as a recipe, one step per line — Watch · When · If it · After · Check · Send to, with Send and Cover for a report. Type the limit in the number's own format, with the value the dashboard shows beside it (now €4.2M). The name writes itself as you go — Total revenue below €3.5M — until you type your own. Under the recipe, What arrives in Slack shows the message before it exists, and Send a test posts a real one.

A place to start

A dashboard with no alerts yet no longer shows an empty panel. It offers a few built from the dashboard itself — its first KPI crossing a limit, its KPIs every Monday morning, an AI summary of a tab each week — and each opens the editor already filled in; or ask Axi puts the request in Axi's box for you to finish. And when the workspace already has as many alerts running as its plan allows, the panel says how many, and how many to pause — a new one can still be kept with Create paused.

The bell says how its alerts are doing

The bell on a KPI or a chart opens the panel on that component: on its alerts, or straight into a new alert pointed at it. It turns amber while one of its alerts is on, and red when one is failing — hover it to read Alerts · 2 on or An alert is failing. The tab's filters, which had a funnel of their own on the rail, moved into the ⋯ beside it as Tab filters, and an amber dot on the ⋯ says when none of them reach the widget.
