Alert messages that say what happened

Every message an alert posts to Slack now reads the same way: its name as the headline, the number and what it did, the details underneath, where it comes from, and a button back to the dashboard. The notification alone tells you what happened.

The number, and how far it went

A threshold alert no longer just repeats its condition. It says how far past the limit the number is — €3.42M · €80K below the limit — that it crossed a line — crossed below €3.5M — or how much it moved — up 18% since the last check · limit ±15%. Underneath: what the previous check read and when, and how often it checks; a chart alert adds which measure it reads, and whether that's the latest period or the overall total. The last line names the dashboard and the component, gives the time in each reader's own time zone, and says that an alert fires once and re-arms when the number recovers.

Reports that fit on one screen

A report on the entire dashboard lays its KPIs out in two columns, in the dashboard's order — one block per tab when there are several — instead of one long list. An AI summary comes with bold section titles and short bullets that open with a bold lead, six at most per section, and says what Axi read: Written by Axi from 6 widgets on Overview.

A test says whether it would fire

Send a test posts the real message with a line on top, and says whether today's value would fire — €4.2M · €700K above the limit, would not fire. The editor's What arrives in Slack shows that same message, with the number on the dashboard, before you save. And when an alert keeps failing, its warning says how many checks failed, shows the error, and points to Pause and Delete in the Alerts panel.
