Pause an alert, or ask Axi why, from Slack

An alert's Slack message is no longer only something to read. Pause alert switches the alert off right there, for everyone, and Ask Axi about this opens the dashboard with Axi already asking what's behind the number.

Pause it where it lands

Every alert message now ends with Pause alert — Pause report on a report, and on the warning a broken alert posts. One click switches it off, and the message changes in place to say who paused it, so the rest of the channel knows. It's the same pause as the switch in the Alerts panel, and that switch brings it back. Pausing from Slack works for anyone with an Axiome account in your workspace under the same email address as their Slack profile; anyone else gets a private note, and the alert keeps running.

Ask Axi why

On an alert that fired, and on an AI summary, Ask Axi about this opens the dashboard with the component in view and Axi already answering, in your language: what's driving the number, and whether it's unusual — or, for a summary, what changed on its tab, and why. Not signed in? You sign in and land in the same place — that goes for every link into Axiome.
